Wildcraft 101: Navigate, Forage, Build

NOTE: This is a Carrie Murray Nature Center (CMNC) event taking place in Gwynns Falls-Leakin Park

Learn essential outdoor survival and bushcraft skills in the heart of Leakin Park. Practice navigation with a compass, identify edible and medicinal plants, try spark-starting a fire safely, and build a simple forest shelter. This hands-on workshop blends traditional know-how with modern conservation ethics. Perfect for ages 12+ (family-friendly adaptations available).
