We are doing something a little different for "Second Sundays" this year. Every Second Sunday, from April to November, FOGFLP will be partnering with organizations and individuals whose missions align with ours. The theme for this month is "Mental Health," and we will be partnering with the Carrie Murray Nature Center and Maria Broom, a local multi-talented workshop presenter whose bio states: "With a background in yoga, meditation, Homa therapy and dance therapy, she conducts staff retreats, workshops, and weekly classes that help people to release stress and feel at peace."
As always on Second Sundays, our friends the Chesapeake & Allegheny Live Steamers will be offering rides on their miniature trains, as they've been doing for decades. Outward Bound's climbing wall will be open too. It's all free, so come out and enjoy the fun!
